Yes, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, is recognised and funded by the Uttar Pradesh Government and ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), Government of India. It is included in the list of recognised universities maintained by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It was established in 2000 under Uttar Pradesh Agriculture University Act.
