Is Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune (SCDL) recognised/approved by UGC and DEC in India? Or does the government recognise SCDL?

SCDL programs are duly recognized by Distance Education Council, Govt of India. For verification check on www.dec.ac.in

So far my knowledge goes it is DEC approved.
