Is Tamil Nadu Agricultural University a good college for B.Tech?

<p>This is mainly an agricultural school: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is neither known nor purportedly recognised in engineering courses, other than offering B.Tech programs in some engineering domains such as Agricultural Engineering. While available to other engineering aspirants, being in an institution with a dedicated portfolio in engineering might provide a better reputation for the branch.</p><p>Farmers have been placed at about 50-70 percent, mostly concentrated in the agricultural economy, with average packages found to be between INR 3 to 6 LPA, indicating the placements averages. Graduates also prefer further studies or the requisite government exams than taking up jobs immediately.</p><p>&nbsp;Apart from that, the area of strength for students learning is practical training and internship opportunities awaiting them within the industry.</p>
