Is Tamil Nadu University good for M.Sc. Microbiology?

There is no university in the name of Tamil Nadu University, otherwise Tamil Nadu Open University is there and that does not provide M.Sc. , Microbiology. If want to do M.Sc. Microbiology in direct mode or distance mode, I prefer government universities such as Madurai Kamaraj University, Bharathiya
