Is tattoo allowed in Btech Marine Engineering Colleges?

I'm in HSC right now and Will give HSC Boards in 2017 as well as CET ..I wish to pursue Marine Engineering after HSC but I have a tattoo will it be a problem?

    No one will ask you about your tattoos in colleges. You might be asked about the same in professional life.

    Its depends on size of the tattoo and how much it is visible.

    It's quite hard to say that will it be a problem and also depends on how visible your tattoo is , if it's highly visible then it might cause some problem , rest you have to check with the institute for details
