The B.Ed Degree course is mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools.
Eligibility for the same is any Degree/ Graduation with increase in teaching experience, salary also increase as per the suitability of institution.

Sorry for the misinterpretation of your question.
No, teaching experience is not compulsory for B.Ed. For pursuing B.Ed, you have to just graduate with any degree with having 55%-50%.
