Is techno global university at Bishnupur Shillong Meghalaya approved by ug? Is it different from techno global university at Kyntonmasar?

Are both different universities? Are both ugc approved? Please provide me with the complete details of both university.

Dear Kunal, Techno Global University is a UGC Recognised Private University in Meghalaya. Both location are in same state, so same university.
