Is textile engineering easy to pursue?

Its kind of depend on you. As in textiles you have to learn new A B C of the subject unlike mechanical where they expect prerequisite knowledge. For many it is tough and for many it is easy.
In my opinion it is pretty easy in comparison to other branches but it demands many other skills as if thinking out of the box as textile field has a lot yet to be explored -
