Thakur college of engineering (TCET) and Universal college of engineering (UCoE) both offer good B.E. civil engineering programs.TCET has NBA accreditation, better ranking and experience faculty.UCoE is newer but has good infrastructure and fast growth .TCET has a strong reputation, while UCoE is im
