Is Thapar University better or Dcrust for the same branch? I live in Sonipat Delhi NCR and got ECE at Thapar.

In terms of cut-offs, DCRUST seems more competitive than Thapar University. However, placements is what matters.
Thapar University will expose you to some great companies like Amazon, D Shaw, Sandisk, ZS and Deloitte which might not be same with DCRUST. If your pocket is not constrained you should go for Thapar else DCRUST is a good choice considering a comparison between the same engineering branches.
