Is that a good decision to pursue BA and then go for jobs in the police department?

I am an engineering student. But, I am not interested to continue the same.

Hi Sandhya, Education does not come easy and hence, one should invest more time in it. Jobs are readily available in the market once you have the right degree / diploma to nurture the job. Hence, I would request you to first complete your studies and then take up a job. I hope it helps. Please fee
