Is that DOPT has any right to recognized or non recognized any education institution like Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Patna.
Department of Personnel and Training had issued a letter to Rail ministry leter No. 14021/8/96 dated:-20.04.2000 and Said that the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna is not a recognized Institution. I want to know is that DOPT has any right to recognization or non recognization any institution.
