The full form of SSLC (Secondary school leaving certificate) is possible in some institution but it typically requires completing in intermediate step such as pre university courses or a plus two programs
There are some popular degree may accept SSLC certificate with additional requirements include
1 BA, BCA, BBA
2 Engineering Course
3 Professional Course

No, it isnt possible. To get admission in degree courses an SSLC certificate (10th completion) isn't sufficient. You need to pass 12th to be eligible for an undergraduate degree courses like B Tech, BBA, B Com etc. SSLC can help you to complete Diploma courses in Engineering, hotel management etc., but cannot provide fully structured degree. You can also do short term skill based courses using it.
