is that possible to study mbbs at the age of 23yrs in russia and how much should i pay to get admission?

I have studied b-tech but more passionated to study MBBS, I got self-financing MBBS in tamilnadu but was not able to join because my family was not in a position to support me financially. Also there was no one to guide me in proper way to move towards my aim at that tim so i request to advice me.
