No, the 12th percentile is not necessary for appearing in the NCHMCT JEE. Some hotel management institutes may consider a 12th grade score in their admission criteria, but you can take this exam if you have passed the 12th grade. One is required to pass 10+2/ 12th for NCHMCT JEE Except that, 12th percent doesn't affect NCHMCT JEE marks.
