The AIIMS paramedical syllabus is same as that of Class 11 and Class 12 CBSE Board exam syllabi. If prepared well, it is not difficult for the students to appear for the exam. However, the difficulty level of the exam depends on the question types, which are generally application based and not direct in nature.
