Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is good career option and has niche market. Jobs are limited but very well paying. It is difficult and challenging to obtain Aircraft Maintenance license. Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) conducts examination and also issues Basic Maintenance Engineer's Cert
