UPCATET 2019 Application Form is available on the official website from February 20, 2019. Candidates can fill the application form through online mode only. The last date of form filling is March 31, 2019. UPCATET 2019 Application Dates. Event Date UPCATET 2019 Exam Date May 16 18, 2019.
