Being an alumnus of LPU. Yes, LPU is very strict in case of attendance and you are eligible to sit in an exam only when the criteria of 75% attendance gets fulfilled.

LPU gives ample chances and opportunities to enjoy the college life along with studies but not at the cost of their studies. Moreover, You can also earn some bonus marks on the bases that how good is your attendance percentage, there are different slabs for that. In case you have good percentage i.e., 90%+ attendance in a particular subject, then you will get 5 marks extra in that subject and other slabs comprises 85-90% for 4 marks and 80-85% for 3 marks an so on. Hey Depanjan
When it comes to attendance our college is strict as the student is expected to maintain 75% attendance in all the 4 semesters , if the student fails to do so , strict action is taken by the management.
    Thank you
