Is the BA application fee refundable at Dibrugarh University?

<p>As per the refund policy of Dibrugarh University, application fee once paid is non-refundable. There is no provision for cancelling submitted application.&nbsp;However, if more than one payment is made for the same programme from the same user account, then extra amount may be&nbsp;refunded after verification. In such a case, the applicant must file a claim within&nbsp;ten days from the date of transaction through the email mentioned in the application portal. In the email, the applicant must mention&nbsp;details like their name, mobile number, programme applied for, refund amount, date of transaction etc.&nbsp;Screenshots of their bank's debit SMS or any other proof may also be attached with the mail for&nbsp;faster processing.<br><br></p>
