    The BAMS course syllabus remains largely the same for both online and offline versions, as it is regulated by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and follows a standardized curriculum. 

    However, the mode of delivery differs. In the offline version, students receive direct classroom interaction, hands-on training, and practical exposure in Ayurvedic hospitals and clinics. In contrast, the online version may include virtual lectures, recorded sessions, and online assignments, with some practical components possibly conducted in person or through supervised remote sessions.
