Is the BCA distance learning degree of LPU valid for government jobs in Punjab?

All Degrees are valid and relevant as Lovely Professional University is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India for the coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of university education in India, under section 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956. BCA stands for (Bachelor of Computer Applications) and it is a three-year undergraduate course, generally. But with one-year degree programme candidates can complete BCA distance education through breaking study, lateral entry and credit transfer. To my knowledge, there are limited Universities that offers this BCA course in Distance mode. But I could advise you one of the University that offer this course in Distance mode and that too approved by UGC-DEB, It is Lovely Professional University. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India. Therefore, allthe degrees from the university are valid an all the students can apply for government. Jobs in their respective states.
