Is the benefit of cancellation of questions given to every candidate in the MP Patwari exam?

The benefit of question cancellation is given to every candidate wether they had raised their objections or not. For example. if the candidates have made 90 correct questions and 2 questions are cancelled due to any reason above then the calculation of the final percentage of the marks will be given by:
=> 90 X 100/100-2 = 90 X 100/98 = 91.83
