Is the BITS, Pilani cut-off mentioned on Shiksha i.e 65 %ile in CAT correct?
What are my chances to get a call with 65.83 percentile in CAT? I belong to NC OBC category.

I am not a BITS student but I know about that college a little. BITS is a very reputed institute. Their average package offering is around 8.5 LPA for a fee of 6 LPA. So, obviously most of the 75-85 percentile scorers in CAT will target this institute as there are less options than this. So, probably their cutoff will be above 75%. This is my analysis.
