Is the caution deposit for BTech at ICFAI University Jharkhand refundable?

For BTech admission at ICFAI University, Jharkhand, students have to pay a Caution Deposit of INR 10,000. The Caution Deposit will be refunded to the students on completion of the BTech program. It will not be adjusted to any fee or dues.
