    The Central University of Haryana is better known for its Science and arts courses. If you are getting admission to a top engineering college for B.Tech, you can prefer that college over CUH. However, the CUH is way better than many tier-2 private engineering colleges. The reason is that the CUH is a central university, so it has more acceptability than less-known private engineering colleges. Also, the fee is just Rs. 1.44 Lacs for the B.Tech course, which is offered in four specializations. This fee is much lower than that of private colleges.     I will say no, it's been established by the ACT of Parliament at 2009 Central university of Haryana provides good opportunities for internship and placements based in your academics and extra curriculum activities. Chandigarh university also provides placement opportunities with the lowest package of 4 Lacs per annum and the highest package of 32 Lacs per annum. You can chose any two of above.
