No, the merit list for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS) in the CSIR NET exam is not the same. The merit list for JRF and LS is prepared separately based on the performance of candidates in the exam. The JRF merit list includes the names and roll numbers of candidates who have qualified for JRF based on their performance in both Paper I and Paper II of the exam.
