I think I'm able to answer this question as I was given my CUET exam on 15th July 2022. From my experience, for domain subjects you should study NCERT thoroughly at least two times. Because direct questions come from NCERT only. And for English language go through with normal vocabulary as basic que

For 2023 exam, prepare the 12th board portion well. It will definitely help with CUCET and the difficulty level is moderate.
