Is the cut off for CAT and CMAT same. As CAT is tougher will it have a lower cut off if applying through CAT or is it the same for both ?

Cutoffs are lower for cat
-
Exactly. It is advisable to use your CMAT score rather than CAT score since generally, CMAT is easier to score better.

Hello,
Welingkar considers all exams at the same level. So the cut off will be same. It might be look good to have a better score in cat exam when you are selected for PI , buy for the first round it is considered to be on the same level. -
There is no specific cut off as mentioned by the college as such. It's usually around 80-85%

Hi Ritwik
Generally the cutoff for CMAT and CAT is the same 80+ percentile, but welingkar also looks at profile and does screening on that basis also.
Then after initial round of screening you will undergo psychometric test, GD and PI.
All the best
