Hi Vishwanath, it is very much valid in India. If a degree is valid in India then it is recognised abroad as well. The only thing is course should be AICTE approved and UGC recognised. The documents are attested after seeing the originals. If you carry your originals then I don't think there will be

Periyar University is approved by University Grants Commission.Yes you can get a government job based on your performance.
