Is the degree from periyer university valid and I can get a government job in west Bengal and I am living in West Bengal.

Check on UGC website whether periyer university is recognized by UGC or not. Dont restrict yourself to only one place, i suggest to you look for other India's top institutes too as VJIT Mumbai, Lovely Professional University, Osmania University etc
