Is the diploma in XIC in PR and corporate communications better than a MBA in SIMC,in terms of opportunities and growth i n industry

IMO, it is better to go for MBA from SIMC than PG Diploma from XIC due to following reasons
1. Foreign universities dont recognize Diploma.
2. Doctoral courses require a minimum of masters degree, PG Diploma is not allowed.
