Is the faculty at BK good or is it like other government colleges? Is provisional degree required while admission?

All the lectures are taken regularly. In fact, classes are held from morning 8 to evening 4 from Monday to Saturday.
Most of the course is completed by faculty members.
You will have to bring final semester marksheet and few days later you have to submit migration certificate issued by GTU or University from which you graduated.
