Is the fee including hostel charges or it is excluding of hostel and mess expenses?

    It would be written in the brochure itself. Mostly, the fee structure for both is mentioned separately.

    The fee is excluding the hostel charges, in hostel also you'll get options of AC/Non AC and also between 2/3/4 bed, the fee depends upon what room you choose.

    There are 2 things- Tuition fee and Hostel fee. Both will be separately indicated always in VIT.
