Is the fee mentioned on the site valid for 3 years or it is to be deposited per annum?

The fees for B.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) is 59500 per semester but it depends on the students performance in class 12th or how the student performs in the entrance test of the university i.e LPUNEST.
