Is the fee paid for admissions at MPAS certificate courses refunded?

<p>The fee paid for the purpose of certificate course admissions at MPAS is refunded to the candidate if the University decides not to grant the candidate admission for whatever reason. The fee refunded will bethe full amount paid by the candidate for the admission purpose. However, the fee isonly refunded if the University choses not to grant admissions. If the candidate cancels their admission then no fee refunded.</p>
