Hi Sri,
Yes, the hostel follows strict rules and regulations as mentioned in the official handbook. The director of the college keeps a check on all the activities of the both the hostels (girls and boys) along with the other faculties. There is a register maintained by the wardens. Students are suppose to report to the hostel on/before 9.30 pm, any delay or absence should be informed in prior to the wardens and the hostel in-charge.

Thank you for the question. Yes, the rules here are strict as mentioned in the official student handbook. I myself stay in the hostel and there are timings which are equal for all. The gate is locked by the warden exactly at 9:30 p.m. Attendance register is also maintained. However, in case of emergency, girls are allowed to go out only after seeking prior permission from the hostel in-charge. Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarette is strictly prohibited in the hostel.
