    After clearing the CAT exam, you will have to appear in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview PI rounds at IIM. Both of these rounds, particularly the Personal Interview round, are perceived as difficult. This is due to the following reasons:
    1. The questions that could be asked are unpredictable. They can even ask the meaning of your name or surname.
    2. There is pressure to get into the top Iims of your choice.
    3. The panel is very intelligent and can grill you over anything.

    There are a lot of stories about these interviews that float around on the internet which depict an intense and grilling nature of these interviews, thereby instilling fear in the minds of candidates.
