    No, IPMAT application form is not different for different categories. There are certain things while filling the form that differs such as certificates required, application fee, marks required, etc.

    IPMAT is one of the exam for pursuing MBA from IIM's. 

    The cut off for different categories for the exams are different as, for general category it is 409, for SC it is INR 247, for ST it is INR 201, for OBC it is 349, for EWS it is 350. The application fee for filling the form is also different, as for SC it is INR 2,065, for ST it is INR 2,078, for OBC it is INR 3000, for general category it is INR 4,130.
