Each IIM has its own IPM curriculum and administers the IPMAT in a different way. Therefore, the validity of the IPMAT result is determined by the specific IIM to which the candidate applied. Examine each IIM's entrance requirements and eligibility requirements since some may accept the IPMAT score as proof of eligibility for their IPM programme. Admission to the Integrated Management Programs provided by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) that administer the IPMAT test is normally based on the results of the IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test). Every IIM offers a unique IPMAT test and has its own IPM curriculum. As a result, the particular IIM that the candidate applied to determines the validity of the IPMAT result. Check the admission standards and eligibility requirements of each IIM since some may accept the IPMAT score for admission to their IPM program. Applicants who are interested in more than one IIM that offers an IPM programme should submi

Even if the candidate clears the sectional and overall cutoff in IPMAT exam but does not get shortlisted for the PI round, it means that the candidate is eligible but not among the top-ranked candidates based on the composite score. Such a candidate will not be considered for admission to the IPM programme.

Such candidates can opt for reappearing for the exam next year, as there is no provision of re-evaluation. Candidates can also consider applying to other institutes which accept IPMAT Indore scores, such as NIRMA University, TAPMI, etc.
