Is the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University a recognized college. If i study there what will be the pros and cons and will i get job

Respected sir today i got a call from some lady telling me to join this institute. All i want to know is that is this university a recognized one and will i get any job if i pass from here. And the most important thing is that if i join this college shall i have to go to ukraine to study or in india
