College predictor made on previous year data of the various exams. It will not give you accurate result. But, yes you get an approximate answer.

It give the accurate rank, but it gives the approximate rank from which you can get help.

Well, nothing can be termed as completely error free and accurate. The JEE mains rank predictor is mostly correct in majority of cases, but at times due to the uncertainty and probabilities of the cutt offs , minor deviations show up.

They are precise, but can't be accurate. They consider trends in previous years, and try to predict your rank as per trends.

Yes, it is very precise as it is based on previous year's closing ranks, cut-offs, etc.
