is the karnataka-pgcet for admisun in mca only for karnataka localites or candidates from other states can also apply for the exam?

i am a final sem student of bca from a reputed college in kolkata. i couldnt give the cmat this year. and i want to study in bangalore MCA as my future studies please help me out is pgcet only for karnataka students or others can also apply and has kmat changed to cmat??
