The KCET and JEE Main syllabus are more or less similar. Applicants can take the KCET since majority of the questions are the same as those in JEE Main. Yes KCET syllabus is almost similar to JEE Main exam as there are many similarities. There are some differences like KCET has topics on Biology which is not in JEE Main exam.
