    Hello,
Great interacting with you. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course provided by the University of colleges recognized by the Universities which are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), and sometimes also by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Professionals now can continue their education at any time and from anywhere in the world. There are many UGC-approved online MBA universities/colleges in India for working professionals. If you found it useful then upvote or thumb up my answer. Good luck.

No. MBA doesn't need AICTE approval, because it is not the technical course. The name itself says that All India Council for TECHNICAL Education. Only Technical courses like B.Tech, M.Tech etc. Have to be approved by AICTE.

Starting from 2013, colleges in India no longer require approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to run their Master of Business Administration (MBA). In the Judgement given by Supreme Court in 2013, it was held that MBA is not a technical course with in the definition of the AICTE Act.
