Is the mop up round in Karnataka for private colleges or is it for government colleges as well for non-Karnataka residents?

    It is the counselling process for the seat allotment by respective states against the reverted seats from All India 15% quota. Candidates who have qualified the exam can participate in the counselling irrespective of their domicile. Candidates have to fill up fresh forms to apply for it. This gives a better chance to claim a government seat irrespective of your lower marks than actual state cut-off. This round is mainly for deemed universities. This round is not applicable for students who have already been allotted a seat for MBBS or BDS in round 1 and round 2 respectively. This is only applicable for the students who were not allotte
