An online MBA from Symbiosis International Pune is reputable, but it is not directly equivalent to a full-time, offline flagship MBA. It is a tool for career enhancement & promotion if you are already working but it does not offer same networking or campus placement benefits.

Particulars	Online MBA	Offline (Regular) MBA
Networking	Limited; mostly peer webinars and discussion forums.	High; daily peer-to-peer interaction, clubs, and corporate events.
Placements	Self-directed; university provides alumni networks, but no guaranteed direct campus placements.	Strong dedicated campus placement drives with top-tier companies.
