Is the placement of MBA in any B-school depends on Bachelor degree?

Actually, I am a class 12 student, my board exams were over. I am confused between B.Tech and BBA. I am a science student (PCMB) in 10+2. I want to do MBA in future. So, I want to know, which one will be better for me for good jobs. And If I will Do BBA then is there any problem in MBA placement?
