    The cutoff is based on scores from national-level engineering entrance exams, such as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. 
     
     
     
    The cutoff marks for B.Tech programs at PCE vary by course and category:
    • Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
      65–70% for General and OBC, 60–65% for SC, ST, and Physically Handicapped
    • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
      60–65% for General and OBC, 55–60% for SC, ST, and Physically Handicapped
    • Information Technology (IT)
      60–65% for General and OBC, 55–60% for SC, ST, and Physically Handicapped
