Is the Preet Vihar branch of Frankfinn Institute a good institute for air hostess training?

One of my friends has joined the Preet Vihar Institute of Frankfinn and they first gave total guarantee to my friend for the job and then after he completed the course they just sidelined and said it depends on the candidate.
